The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) invites interested economic operators to submit tenders for undertaking the subject project. The contract will be awarded on the basis of an open procurement procedure to the most economically advantageous tender.
The Tender Documents will be available on the official website of the CBC. The economic operators downloading the Tender Documents should promptly email their contact information (business name, address, telephone number, fax number, electronic mail address) to the electronic address PMO@centralbank.cy with subject matter "Tender for the conduct of a study on the Career System, Job Description Framework and Staffing Needs of the Central Bank of Cyprus", thereby enabling the CBC to send them any additional information or clarifications. The CBC should not be held responsible in case interested tenderers do not receive either at all or in time any further information or clarifications due to the provision to the CBC of incorrect or incomplete contact information.
In compliance to the relevant set of regulations and procedures governing procurements the tender offers along with all required documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly stating on the front that they refer to the subject project. The sealed envelopes should be addressed to the CBC and placed in the tender box of the Procurement Committee, Room 018 at the CBC, no later than 12 August 2016 at 11:30 am.
