Tender 08/2019
The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) invites economic operators to submit their interest in participating in a tender procedure for the support of its SWIFT infrastructure and its ancillary systems. Due to the nature of the contract the CBC will apply the restricted procurement procedure. In view of this, the economic operators submitting a Request to Participate, in order to advance to the second stage of the Tender, need to be judged as admissible by the CBC against the prequalification criteria set out in the documents. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender.
The Request to Participate and other related to the Tender documents are available, as from today, by clicking here, while the Tender’s Contract Notice may also be retrieved from the Official Journal of the European Union. The economic operators downloading the documents are requested to email their contact information (business name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address) to the address epitropiagoron@centralbank.cy with subject matter "Tender 08-2019 for the support of SWIFT infrastructure and its ancillary systems", thereby enabling the Bank to electronically send any additional information or clarifications thereon. The CBC assumes no responsibility in case interested economic operators do not receive in the prescribed timeframe any additional information or clarifications from the Bank due to the provision of incorrect or incomplete contact information.
The Request to Participate and all other documents that must be submitted shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the CBC. The envelope shall be placed in the tender box of the Procurement Committee, Room 018 in the CBC by 15 July 2019, 13:00 hours, in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the competition.
